Please register and select any product you like from our catalog.
1. You must be a member to order: If you're already a member,click
here to browse the full catalog. If haven't joined us yet, click here. Seazen
Jewelry will confirm and activate your status within 24 hours so you can log in
to purchase our products.
2. In the main catalog select the items you're interested in. They'll appear on
the shopping cart. click submit, and we will get back to you within 24 hours. So
that SJ may provide you with the fastest service, we recommend ordering on our secured
site or alternatively contacting us via email or telephone..
Minimum Order
We are an online wholesaler. If you are interested in purchasing just a few pieces
for yourself please contact us. We will be happy to try to help.If you are a retailer
or a distributor, keep reading. SJ requiresa minimum order of only 10 pieces /size/color
per design from our online catalog. It's very easy to begin with a trail
order SJ also accepts special orders following your own designs and models. In this
case the minimum order is 40 pieces
Order Fulfillment
1. After placing an order, a 40% deposit is required. We accept payment of the deposit
only by T.T. (wire transfer). We will start processing your order as soon as your
deposit is received. The balance (normally 60%) is to be paid by TT once the order
is completed and ready to be shipped
Please allow at least 3 to 5 days for your order to reach you from the date it is
shipped, depending on the currier and the day of the week the order is shipped.
2. It typically takes 6-8 weeks from order placement until you receive your order,
however, we cannot guarantee delivery time by 100% from the time of order placement.
There are a number of factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to meet
your deadline.

Your order will be shipped from Bangkok, Thailand; on the same day that your payment
is received. SJ offers you three effective and convenient shipping services. They
are – FedEx, UPS and EMS
Depending on the chosen shipping service, and customs procedures, the merchandise
will be with you in approximately 3-5 days. Shipping cost automatically includes

Return Policy
Return Policy: “100% Money Back Guarantee. No Questions Asked.” SJ will refund
money within 15 working days of your receiving an order, no questions asked. No
reason is needed. It is our way of demonstrating our complete confidence that you
will find our merchandise to be as good as we claim it is. If you do need to return
products, please read the procedure below:
Returns Procedure:
1. Please check the items and report (call, email, or fax) that you wish to return
them within 24 hours of receiving them. The first notice that you would like
to return items must be within this time; if later than that, we will not accept
any items for any reason. We will discuss the return details with you at this time.
All items to be returned must be in the original SJ box, with the original inner
wrappings. If the box and other packaging are not returned, we will not accept the
returned items and refunds or credit against a future purchase will not be issued.
Please print the Returned Items Form. Please fax the completed Returned Items Form
to confirm the return of items. Please wait to receive the Confirmation Card concerning
the items you are returning from SJ. Repack the items in their original packaging
and send back to SJ at the address in the Confirmation Card.
2. SJ will inspect the items that have been sent back and authorize a refund or
credit to the customer's account as soon as possible. The time to refund or credit
depends on the type of items that have been sent back from the Client. After accepting
the returned items, we will transfer the refund via bank transfer, or give credit
against the customer's next purchase, according to the customer's wishes as indicated
on the Returned Items Form.
